  • How does Pricing Work?

    Pricing for house cleaning is based on an hourly rate between $25 to $30 per hour. You can see the way it works by clicking here.

  • How can I get a quote and book an appointment?

    Simply click here to book a cleaning and as you provide information about your house and schedule, your quote will adjust. Once you want to book, you can book by emailing support@iscrub.co or call or text 613-805-7732. You also may book online when our new dashboard is launched!

  • What if it doesn’t take as long to clean my home as quoted?

    You are only charged based on the amount of time your cleaner was actually at your home working. If they finish early, you aren't charged the full amount quoted.

  • Are cleaning supplies included?

    You may provide your own supplies or have your cleaner bring them. There is an additional charge for this. $10 for regular cleaning supplies and $15 for Norwex Environmentally Friendly cleaning supplies. Your cleaner will not have a vacuum or mop and bucket. Please ensure these are easy to find and leave instructions for the vacuum if it isn’t easy to figure out.

  • What if I am not satisfied with my cleaning?

    We will always make it right. We will work with you to come up with a solution that you are happy and comfortable with.

    • Exteriors of all appliances (interiors of fridge/oven for extra fee)

    • Tables/chairs cleaned

    • Countertops and backsplash cleaned

    • Cabinet surfaces cleaned (interiors for extra fee, cabinets must be emptied)

    • Sinks scrubbed and disinfected

    • Windowsills cleaned

    • Floor vacuumed and/or mopped

    • Couches/Furniture vacuumed and wiped down
